Today Panda and I (of course DDT too) went on a walk and I think he must be preparing me to climb Everest. Some of the hills we went up, I thought I was going to die. Thinking about it, they may not have been huge but just that I am really out of shape.

No need to thank Carebear. I would not be on my own weight loss journey if it was not for you. I know we can do this, and be proud of our accomplishments together!
