So tomorrow we will be putting an offer on a house that we love. It is going to be contingent upon the sell of our house. So we will be lowering the price on our house yet again and pray that someone sees the beauty within.

I'm sure someone has mentioned to you the burying the saint thing, right? I'm embarrassed to say I don't exactly remember which one (I want to say St. Francis, maybe?) but you're supposed to buy a figurine of him and bury it upside down on your property, and this is supposed to ensure a speedy sale. You can probably google it. I may just do that and email you the info :)
Any news yet about anything?
Panda and I went to buy the saint but the store was closed during regular business hours, so we (or I) took this as a sign.
We have lowered the price on our house and seem to have more people looking at it online so I am hoping that we will be seeing more action. I would love to be in a new house by the holidays!!
